Dont apply to Nitesh IPO at any price. It is better to buy something from secondary market.

A secong rung real estate comapany with business confined to Bangalore. Will have to wait and see pricing and what is left on the table. Be cautious, its a sector not expected to do well in near future due topolicy overhang.
