Instead of wasting time in Nirman Agri, better to take a gamble with JK Agri (kharif season stock) at cmp for a return of at least 50%+ by June (2 to 3 months holding time).

@RajaBanks - As seeds (mainly cotton) are bought for kharif season during the period April to June, JK Agri has profit only for Q1 (June 30) and rest Q2 to Q4 not much business. Strictly not a recommendation. Just for a gamble.

SVJ enterprises ipo - no trade from last 2 sessions and heavy selling order at LC price
(though listed recently).

- Promoter is in business for last 6 years. have been growing only post merging another promoter partnership firm since last 2 years
- Company is doing only marketing, distribution and development of new seeds. Entire processing is outsourced. Feel, this is excellent decision at early growth stage as capital is not block on capital intensive processing equipment.
- Does business under own brand.
- Marginal regional player with presence in Maharashtra, Gujarat and MP. As seeds business depends a lot on good monsoon, concertation of geography is big negative. However company is planning to foray into other geographies as well however i feel it will take time.
- Launched few new products like micronutrients etc however currently forming less than 10% of sales.
- industry is highly competitive.

Overall average IPO. Small scale of current operations gives opportunity for near term growth. IPO is priced at 22 P/e basis FY 2022 diluted basis and its ~ 15 p/e basis oct 2022 diluted basis. I think, it could have been better if valuation would have been kept attractive like 10-12 p/e.

Its coming in the middle of lots of IPOs. So not sure will go for this or not. depends how are the others and subscriptions. feel at the end risk of negative listing is less however listing gain could be 5-15%. Allotment should be easier as funds would have been blocked in other IPOs.

you should invest by seeing the company and not merchant banker.
only good companies go up not merchant banker.

genetics is an outstanding discipline. so many nobel laureates. but unable to say whether this company is well versed in genetic experiments & the fruits of these experiments which have benefitted mankind. hope they have the intellectual support to make the issue a success. all the best to those who're going to invest in the company
