just something came to my mind and if you all sincierly stop bickering and infighting ......... then you can think of it positively

ADAPOW (ICICI code for adani power) today closed at 102.80 that is after 3-4 days of trading ......

that is ADAPOW has just left the investors sufficient to have (B)ADAPOW (read badapow) .....

total return on listing is hardly 2 %

reason :

1. Overpriced IPO
2. Long gestation period

Now compare to NHPC

already a profit making company and issue seems to be rightly priced

even if it opens at 42, You get Rs 6 that is more than 10 %

SO JUST KEEP YOUR COOL AND LIKE SO MANY PEOPLE ADVISING IN THIS COLUMN DO NOT BE IN A HURRY TO SELL

THIS SCRIP WILL DOUBLE IN 6-8 MONTHS TIME ... that is for sure

NAD LASTLY DO NOT FIGHT

Why are you so keen on knowing the allotment status. If they will be allocated to you, they can not take it back.

If I will tell you allocated shares, are you going to sell it before listing date?

Hey people its not so easy for a company to scrap and ipo unless there is bad response form the investor. In case of cancellation of NHPC ipo at this point of time there can be huge set back for the firm. Since the investor will file law suits against the company for damages, that to the claims will be huge. Hence there is on way of NHPC cancelling its ipo. Its awful that investors are spreading rumours "Happy Investing"
