i have not received my refund in NHPC ipo applicatin no 53368631

I have not received the allotment letter nor any refund of my application No.854159 of NHPC issue

This is a big cartel going on to delay the credit proceeds.
Now that Karvy's site shows "As you are already aware that the refund made against your application was through Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) bearing bank Account details linked with the depository participant. We have received rejection from bank towards the said Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) and refund amount has been despatched on 08/09/2009."
Neither able to trust Karvy nor ICICI Bank. Taking us for granted and SEBI also keeps mum. What a country?

refund process in this IPO is a complete disaster.

I had applied for one lot of NHPC issue but i was not allotted to any lot..and till date i have not received any refund order from the company..its my request to send my refund amount at the earliest..
my application number is 82817353

I have also not got my cheque and I checked with my local post office and they cannot track the regd post letter by the number that Karvy has provided.

Going by the refund status, It seems that this is not a one off case, but an issue with a sizeable number of investors, I think this definitely needs to be brought to the notice of SEBI (go to the website and raise a refund order complaint), it is high time that these registrars are brought to book - investors must get proper interest on the amount, they are just passing the buck to the delay in the Indian Postal System, but I believe there is something more fishy. They are blocking the money and earning themselves.

I have applied for 875 shares and i have been alloted 238 shares and i havent received my refund cheque till now my application number is 51551089

I not received refund of NHPC issue my application no is 52357758.
I try to communicate telephonical to The Registrar, NHPC Issue, KARVY Consultants on +40 23312454 at Hydrabad, they are just diverting call from table to table and finally there is no person to pick the phone call. We are just poor investors making a STD calls and increasing bills of ourself but no one is there to respond regarding refund.
what to do next?
