Keep patience, it will definatley touch new high. At the time of listing of present issues of thinksoft and euro, it may touch Rs.50.

I have applied for one lot of NHPC IPO thruogh Reliance money but there is not allotment and the amount is not refunded yet. Why ???

It is conform news that NHPC, ALOK INDUSTRIES and ARVIND MILLS shoot up very shortly,because big FIIs and FIs are buying these shares continivesly,25% to 50% apresiation possible in near term.

It may fall <20 in medium-term (in broad market correction).

Buy around Rs.20. It will give decent return in long-term.

A U.K base FIIs has bought 40,00000 shares of NHPC today, Promoters are also acumulating ALOK industries shares today ,both stock shoot up shortly.

I stick to my earlier stand regarding NHPC . This is a great bet for long term and i see it at around 145-150 after 5 years. So those who are holding must keep it in portfolio for long term and keep my todays views .Most analysts have compared it with NTPC which is absolutely WRONG as the business module is entirely different.It seems most analysts are having very less knowledge about HYDROPOWER in general.
NHPC is a torch bearer organisation of HYDROPOWER with aggressive future expansion plans. Here there is no input raw material cost as the power is generated through perennial source i.e. WATER whereas with NTPC the fuel input cost also counts. Meagre O&M costs are the biggest advantage of HYDROPOWER.
Dominance of NHPC is also reflected by the fact that although most of the power producers including NTPC are having Hydropower projects but they are far behind the completion targets due to lack of skilled manpower and technology. NTPC has not yet been able to complete the COL DAM project till date .
HYDROPOWER is the key to future power requirements and NHPC IS THE KING OF HYDROPOWER. Sot here is no need to panic and accumulate the stock on every dip for tremendous long term appreciation.

i have aapiled for nhpc isssue for 1925 shares- i have received 523 shares ... but rest money is not refunded to me. my bank was hsbc ltd. my application no. is 27600811

Sharmista Sethi, Why are you sending your request here. Talk to Karvy (the registrar).

If you would have given the proper bank details (including MICR/IFSC code)in ICICI direct then automatically the money will transfered to your account. Check with ICICI about your bank account info too.

I got my money back on Aug 28.

when everybody says sell, dont sell because you will be selling for lowest price. Similarly when everybody says buy, dont buy also because you will be buying at highiest price.

Look my yesterday news,that FIIs buying is start in NHPC and one financial institution has baught all shares of HNIs,look todays prise.
