NHPC IPO is available through ASBA facility. Use this facility as money is debited only for the alloted no of shares .While applying the amount is kept on hold in your a/c itself. Offcourse you cannot use the money while it is on hold but it will still earn interest and there is no hassle of waiting for the balance amount cheque etc.
IPOof nhpc is excellent. Being a psu, the price band is fixed normally at moderate/lower end. There is every chances that the investor with get 25-30% on investment.

NHPC is very good ipo for them who want to hold it for long term approx 2-3 years and about its listing its depend on the day when it get listed.according to max. share broking house it will touch 55 to 60 in 2 or 3 days if market is driven by bulls other wise it will trade b/w 41 to 48.so best of luck for the day when it get listed.
