697 Anup It may be possible that all 3.873 times of retail subscription is at either Rs.36 or cut-off. You may ask why a person should subscribe at Rs.36 instead of cut-off. I observed the Basis of Allocation of Mahindra Holidays, those who applied at Rs.320 got better allotment that those who applied at cut-off (Rs.300). Ofcourse, those who expect that the issue would be priced below Rs.36 but would try their luck to get better allotment might have preferred applying at Rs.36 instead of cut-off option. If you observe in this issue Employee portion at cut-off is only 10 to 15% to the extent of the subscribed portion.
The unsubscribed portion, if any, from the Equity Shares in the Employee Reservation Portion will be treated as part of the Net Issue and may be added to any category at the sole discretion of our Company and the Selling Shareholder in consultation with the BRLMs.
Now we know, it is 3.87 times subscribed in Retail. So, the calculation based on cut-off price ( which earlier came as 3.65 ) cannot be accurate. I agree, that a rough estimate can be made.
Hi All, I`ve applied for 2 full application of Rs 94500.How many shares we are getting. As i see other reviews calculations about 710-715 shares. What about listing if the market go down.I remember about the power grid, which is still more than double its allotment price.I want to be long term investor, should i close myeyes for short term gains. Thanks to All.
Hi, How they will consider for total subscription count. Are they considering both cutoff and fixed price application. If so, If NHPC decided to allot share at 36, then subscription value come down?.
If NHPC decide to offer share at price of 36 you will not be allocate any shares as you bid for the price 35. In case if they decide to offer at price of 35 or less than 35 then you stand chance to get allotment. Keep your fingers crossed.
Can anyone enlighten me as to why the number of cut-off applicants don't add up? Ideally, Retail Cut-off + Employee Cut-off = Total Cut-off But from NSE, those given in the table on NHPC IPO page differ from that obtained in NSE-BSE combined chart. And obviously, both are as of 10 pm last night.
NHPC IPO For 2625 share applied Share allotment would be between 700 - 750 share With a premium about 10/- earn 7000/- - 7500/- on application or For long term say 5 years (atleast 500% return) In KVP your money doubles after 9 yrs whereas in NHPC say 5 years (500% return) choose as you wish
