Nexus IPO closed yesterday. But to my utmost surprise Axis Bank net banking is showing Nexus to apply. I was just going to apply Auro I saw the name of Nexus. I tried to apply and filled all the details. I also got the password but did not submit. The closing date is shown as 15th. Any member having Axis net banking can see upto 15.29. If any member may please confirm. No more time is left.

Average non QIB applications is around Rs 4 lakh. So average person will hold around Rs 80,000 worth allotment. Four Reits market cap taken together is now bigger than DLF market cap
Nexus too gives some.stabiliy to portfilio being quasi debt n is akin to investing a commercial place but better post tax retum of 7.1% n can give capital appreciation as well. Chances of rental going up better in Malls unlike Office reit where big players like Tcs throw their weight around who can shift to their own premises.. Indigrid invit I bt at 80 Rs giving good capital appreciation n dividends too. These Reit can be pledged to 90% of values n od limit can be used in short term opp like ipo ofs etc
@anantagg Sir, Anuj Agarwal ji ne 10 rs kaa hai share wali baat shayad mere liye kahi hai...lol.... btw Anuj ji mujhe bhi pata hai share 100 rs kaa hai....
Anant why not hold Nexus for long term ? Liquidity can be obtained on pledging it with select NBFCs n brokerages n getting OD limit? cant the price move up like up as interest rate cuts are imminent as govt wants to lower the inflation in an election year? reits akin to adding a kamau poot in family with better tax structure? capital appreciation would also be good?

Listing around 102 will gradually go to 107 by Sep~Oct. Not a bad investment. I will pledge it for F&O trading. This is best instrument for pledging. Once Interest rate cut start next year, it can go touch 120
Took the risk and applied 4 lots in 1 application to ride the REIT wave based on fund availability. Had skipped all 3 previous REIT IPOs and feel Nexus (being of a retail consumption model) will give some listing gain. Don't see any negativity except that NIIs will have nearly half the shares. Thanks.

@Crow, I didn't ger this "nil to very low chances". Wouldn't it have been 4 out of 6 or roughly about 66% chance? In any case we would get the bulk of refund by the 17th. This is because I applied 5 lots.
@Eklavya Since allocation will be proportionate, I'm thinking the probability will be 100% for those who applied 6 lots and nil for those who applied less than 6.
In NII Category, those who applied 7 lots to get 1 lot of 150 units , and for those of 1 to 6 lots either 1 lot on lottery or nil. For more than 8 lots and above , the allotment will be proportionate.
I see it 6/6 now. My estimate about the o/s backfired as I had thought it would be <5x. Anyways, funds are safely blocked now. That was a good one about the neighbour...Keep Crowing.
Guys didn't applied for this ipo due to risk appetite and also due to karnataka elections risk while listing Will find another opportunity in the next ipo
