Suppose I have 1000 shares of ABC company and I sell all of my shares in 10 phases (100 shares in each time) in one trading day.
My question is; will the DP charges be levied only once or it will be levied 10 times ?

Bhai suppose agar apke pass A company ke 100 share h or B company ke 100 share h to apko A company ke share sell karne par sirf ek bar DP charge Dena padega chahe us company ke ek ek karke share becho. Or B company ke liye alag se DP charge Dena padega par trading day.

I applied using HDFC bank's ASBA IPO system. The status of the application is "Executed". But I haven't received any email with BID details from BSE or NSE so far. What could be the reason for this?

I have a doubt on STCG and LTCG taxation. Does it depend on gross income or it is flat 15% and 10% respectively? For example, suppose income from salary is 20lakhs PA. and STCG is 4lakh. So the additional tax to be paid is 15%of 4lakh or 30%of 4 lakh?

15% of 4 lakh. But it is when your other income itself is above taxable limit. So, lets take example where somebody is having just Rs. 4 lakh as STCG and no other income. His tax will be zero.

Nexus shud see better demand from instt as mall renntal n mktg margins are better then office yields. whats the gmp or ELP U EXPECT EAGELEYE ONE OF THE MOST EXP IPO INVESTORS?

Nexus too gives some.stabiliy to portfilio being quasi debt n akin to investing a commecial place but better post tax retum of 7.1% n can give capital appreciation as well. Chances of rental going up better in Malls unlike Office reit where big players like Tcs throw their weight around. Indigrid invit i bt at 80 Rs giving good capital appreciation n dividends too. These Reit can be pledged to 90% of values n od limit can be used in short term opp like ipo ofs etc

Don't rely on BSE subscription number. They are calculated at price of Rs 95 rather than Rs 100. Yes some subscription will go away which has bidded less than Rs 100 but overall subscription is nearly 4.75% higher without accounting for technical rejctions (Now Asba bounce not possible). Data gets uploaded only when UPI or ASBA is backed with money
On another note this REIT attracted more than 1.5 lakh applications. Not impressive on its own but more than all unitholders of all listed REITs taken together
