Karnataka does not has any value in national level politics. Only defeat in hindi heartland can dent bjp ambition and nifty.

Its just like buying a premium property at 78% of its book value and 8% tax free rental income.

Superb Investment. I remember I missed same opportunity in POWERGRID Invit to understand and soon it moved to 20% premium.

I gonna keep this IPO allotment for life time. This is much better than bank's fixed deposit. More safer than bank in many ways.

There is nothing special about discount on NAV. Look at listed REITs. Embassy NAV is ~397 and trading at 310.

There is a reason why market is discounting.

Upon studying all existing REITS / INVITS IPO.......I am happy that I took best decision of investment in this IPO. I guess that 2 year from today it will be trading around 120 and I will be getting nearly 8~9% tax free Income on NAV of 120 and beside this I will pledge it for F&O trading, which get me nearly 10~15% extra income.

This is biggest / largest Reit and having top notch properties and as India keeps developing, it will give a life time good return beating Inflation anytime.

Everyone should have a part of this investment in his/her portfolio, as diversification.

My intention is not to hurt any member or offend him / her. However I see some members posting much lower GMP on this forum, Not sure what their vested interest in projecting a wrong GMP. I also understand that different center may offer different rates. However the difference cannot be so significant.

However in the interest of the larger group. One is unable to buy below 3 at Ahmedabad and Rajkot. Most trade happening are at 3+. this is an update of today 2 PM at the above locations. Disclosure : I Can share info only for these two locations as my access is restricted to above two locations. Experts & IPO Gurus can validate the same.

thanks for the update sir.. Ahmedabad and Rajkot are 2 of the biggest centres when it comes to grey market and thus 3 to 4 may be the real GMP..
