Nexus subscription details not getting updated in BSE.

Can anyone let me know what's the EPS of Nexus REIT

If anyone knows about Capital Market Magazine's views about this IPO, pl share the information.

They haven't rated this IPO.

Can any one explain how 127.74 NAV Per unit is calculated?

Approx 19500 Cr net valu of the assets devided by around 151 Cr total units.

Nexus, it is a reit not a normal IPO.
For learning
1. No retail quota
2. Allotment rules are not on basis of lottery.
3. Allotment will be on the proportional basis.
It means if IPO aur subscribed for four times in NII, then applicant applied for four lots surely receive one lot and so on. For better idea go through the basis of allotment of SME.
4. One lot is of 150 shares costing hundred rupees Per share, 15000 per lot.
5. Considering old REITs risk of discount listing is minimum. But don't apply assuming huge listing gain.6. Treat this as a fixed deposit, giving good amount yearly through tax free dividends.

7. Will secure good anchor list and QIBs
8. Not sure about good participation of individuals. It will depend on how qib treat this.

6x is little high considering the figures at 2:20 pm..
As per me, it should not cross 4.5x

@Param Patel Stands corrected. Mindspace was different time when tide was turning in between covid time. It is unlikely that any one pay premium for 8 percent payout when in market 10.5% compounded instruments are available. (Music broadcast Preference shares)

I think two factors will contribute to a fantastic listing here.

1. Current NAV is around 122 so we are getting this at a 22% discount.
2. We are almost nearing rate hike cycle end (if not already), rate cuts will probably start soon in 4-5 month time which will be beneficial for all the REITs not just this one.

Very sold 'apply' rating in my humble opinion.

How are shares alloted ? As in if i apply 1500 shares do i get all 1500 via lottery or if nii is 10x i get proportione 150 shares ?

Yes, you are right.

@gala You will get prorata to oversubscription. Lottery only below applied for lot being lower than oversubscription number
So if issue gets oversubcribed 5 times
Then lottery for 1 lot 1 in 5 application those applying one lot
for 2 lot 2 in 5 application
For 3 lot 3 in 5 application
For 4 lot 4 in 5 application
For all those applying above 5 lots will get confirmed allotment of 1 lot and prorata extra share basis their class allocation

No discussions about this Nexus REIT

Reit are simple products for purpose of growth

do we have concept of sHNi and bHNi in REIT? or in HNi category, do we get proportionate lots according to no. of lots applied and subscription figures?
eg, if hni subscript is 10x, someone who has applied 20 lots will get 2 lots?

Yes 20 lots (application) divided by 10 time oversubscription

NII Category Estimation: Below 2 times

Retailer may not participate much because it's not an equity issue but still upto 10 times subscription anticipated.
