I called KFIN just now, they said that allotment is LOTTERY basis but some members are saying that its PRORATA basis. I am confused.......anyone have exact correct information, if its LOTTERY BASE or PRORATA BASE. If its PRORATA Base than I want to apply for 1cr + and if it just lottery base than only for 10lakh+

Bhai company ki RHP padh lo usme offer details me likha hai ki proportionate basis pe allotment hoga to confirm hai ki proportionate basis pe hi hoga

Whether you apply 10 lakh or 1 crore, you will get pro-rata only. 10 lakh means an application of around 67 lots whereas subscription under 'Others' category is likely to remain near 10-20x. So, you will most likely get pro-rata only in either situation.

@UdanKhatola🛸 Each Exchange is showing subscription data of their respective Exchange only. After combining data of both exchanges (BSE & NSE), you will get the figures shown by here in forum.

Mncl is best for applying sme and other IPO Thoda tipical hai but ok go for branch also must trade on its advisory l. Too good.

A question regarding application to Nexus REIT IPO -

In equity IPOs, WITH a retail quota, one would apply 1 lot per application from different demat accounts for better allotment chances.

In this REIT IPO, WITHOUT a retail quota, one has better allotment chances if they apply multiple lots per application than one lot per application from different demat accounts. Is this correct?

In Nexus's case, as of 1 PM, since NII (non-QIB) subscription is at 2.5x, I'll have better chances of allotment if I apply 2-3 lots per application. Correct?

There is no distinction between retail and hni.
If subscribed 2 times and you apply for 2 lots, we'll get one lot for sure

Can we apply for 1 lot wise of 15k from multiple Ids or need to apply 2lakhs and 10 lakhs wise application? If we apply of 15k is there any scope of allotment? Experts plz guide.

You can apply one lot from multiple IDs but better to combine money and apply from one account for greater chance of allotment.
