Seems retailer can not get BSE 90% circuit stocks even when we place order @09:00:00 , zerodha takes min 1 second for validation. Operators get all quantiities.

@sloth If an SME share is to be listed on BSE, it can be listed maximum 90% premium. After that, it can have UC. You can experiment by placing an order for SWANAGRO more than 125.4 in pre-open i.e. before 9:45, the broker platform won't allow you to place the order with message that you can't place a order for more than 125.4

@Pangaj Don't be like me When your order was submitted to exchange matters, it's always different to get lot in SME preopen which ends with UC, as many bulk orders ate placed within micro seconds using bots
