Experts please advise in one word third party ASBA is valid or not?

Third party applications are not valid now. However, in some cases people get allotments as few banks are still following the old practice of up to 5 applications per bank account. Most banks are following one account one application rule.

I applied for ideaforge,cyient and senco as third party asba application from RBL.
Cyient and Senco got rejected due to third party payment, both were processed by Kfin
Ideaforge did not get allotment, reason mentioned was oversubscription.

Being new in ipo market I have 2 questions, I talked to customer service but they failed.
1) I am trying to register for ASBA on federal bank netbanking, it is asking for client id, I googled and got to know last 8 digit of demat account is client id. I entered but it says wrong. Please guide what to enter. I have an account in CDSL.

2) On Upstox site it is written "there are two types of ASBA, Net banking and UPI based. On upstox, you can apply for IPOs only via UPI based ASBA.". What they mean with this? and How can I apply in HNI category?

When you combine DP ID + CLIENT ID = 16 DIGIT id of your enter it and register

2. For HNI category, u can multiply with 14 lots from base lot and bid via UPI as upto 5 lakh ammount you can bid through UPI .

Cdsl ac no is 16 digit first 8 was zarodha(if you have in zarodha)cdsl & other 8 was your personal ac cdsl no in zarodha you have

SHNI probability is more where retail subscriptions is more than Shni. It all depends on subscriptions in each category

But Shni portion is small as compared to Retail

We won't be able to use Utkarsh funds in Netweb. So, should we apply in Utkarsh (GMP 60 %) or wait for Netweb ?
