Mostly UC to continue for a minimum 15 days due to new NSE listing conditions for sme ipos to curb speculation. I think it is time to lower the subscription limit to ₹50,000/- so that more number of people will get allotted and participation would be easy for general retail public
Don't thing UC will continue for 15 days or so... After few days, Peope will loose the intrest on this script and will start chasing other new crazy public issue...

Yes I also feel UC will break in 2-3sessions ... one reason is GMP raised at the last moment , no ipos open at the subscription time so heavy demand mostly for high listing ... again flippers each day will get handsome amount of shares and so they dump it soon ... if company is good ( Dd gave avoid rating) and strong hands purchase from flippers then only it Wil raise further....
1. Can I put a buying bid now at 179.55 (asking because due to the caping rule i am assuming that the buying is at a halt too)? 2. If I can put a buying order today at 179.55 then do I get the shares for the mentioned price & then does that qualifies me for being in the game of profit (considering the price goes up on monday)?

The buying is at halt due to circuit lock in and not due to caping rule.
You can place an order but it won't get executed as there is no one to sell right now, and even if the circuit opens, your bid has to be extremely lucky to go through to get executed, given FIFO method further diminishes the possibility of it getting executed, so chances are less.
If you wish, you can keep trying to buy at 9 am to see if it gets executed. @sauryadav
Hehe in short i am trying to throw a stone by hand outside earth's atmosphere with gravity at play :D thank you @BlackRock ..actually i am new so my queries sometimes might sound beyond vague.
Who are these 1 lakh sellers and why are they selling ??? Same question I have BSE SME listings as well, when they know something has extremely high probability to go up - what is the reason for selling in pre-open on opening day ? GM deals cannot be answer as it is a carry forward deal for BSE (now for NSE as well).
Looks like BSE and NSE should start giving second wise buy orders for SME in first 15 days of listing. Like 10:00:01 = 1 crore, 10:00:02 = 1 crore and so on. :)

that will be disaster move ... may be they can think of FIFO for one or two lot buyers ... or a quota kind of thing for one or two lot pre open buyers...
