I was reading the allotment process once again and figures out ..even if i applied 24 lots sibgle aoplication ..i eould need atleast 11 more folks to have applied 24 lit applications..to come at allitmrnt ratio of 0.52...round off to 1...assuming 500X subscription. ..which means only 1 person will get allotment out of these 11.(9% chances)
And if we don't have 11 folks .. chances become zero.
Similarly for 8 lot applications..i would need 32 folks for 1 allotment.. (3% chances)
This allotment game is righed heavily in favour of those who have huge money.🥲

Experts, which option looks more fruitful.. 1. Three bids of 15/16/17 lots 2. Three bids of 16 lots each. I am more inclined towards option 1 since it goes in lottery for three different lot sizes rather a lottery in one lot size. Your views pls. TIA
i always go with round nunber 20,25,30,40 etc, hoping that others would join to make total apppications higher than 50% of nunber of times oversubscription. Is my logic wrong ? Should i be applying for odd lots instead ? Please guide.
@R.G. numbers are approx correct. QIB's mostly apply after 2 PM on the last day. So it will increase after 2 PM tomorrow.

This IPO is likely to be subscribed 400/500 times both in Retail and HNI segments. Allotment will be very tough. The GMP is not sustainable as the fundamentals are not supportive.
