I am avoiding this IPO due to fully price and very less chance of allotment as only 33,394 lots of 65 shares each are available for allotment in retail category although many parameters are good and may give some listing gain.
So all the best who wants to apply????????

from the price it is listed ..T group rules starts....example if listing @ 240 then 240 plus or minus 5% the share will travel

Be clear
Circuit of 5% will be imposed from listing moment on the rate of listing price, not on offered price
Exmpl. If NCL lists on 250
Then circuit of 5% +/- on 250
And not 215(offered price)

RII = 3.5L Forms = 10.56X Applic. wise (Avg allotment of ~6.16 shares per lot)
NII = 2.75K Crs. = ~138X

Interest cost @7%p.a. for 7days = 28.863paise for 1X

Thus, for NII the costing = 138 X 28.863paise = Rs.40.00 per share (GMP)

And, for RII the costing = 40 X 6.16 = Rs. ~250/- (Kostak)

Yes!! Considering FY20 EPS * 30 PE IT might list around 235-245. But overall situation at the time of listing is more important that's why one has to be very cautious also it is going to be T - group share.

Many restrictions while trading in T group scripts particularly after listing
5% upper and lower circuit for some days
So if some big players manipulate prices, retailers can be trapped
Also only delivery based trade will happens after listed
Check details on bse site for further information
