Due to very small size ipo of only Rs 132 Cr. high subscription is expected . As per Analyst No Seller will be on listing day . Expected listing price of Rs 260 giving return of 20 % . Go for Subscription . Don't miss the opportunity.

1) EPS for full year for 2018-19 will be 6.97 based on 9 months results.

2) At 215 (issue price) that's a PE of 30.84.

3) assuming 30% growth the EPS (on diluted basis) will be 9.06. Hence issue is at a PE of 24.

4) adding 40 rupees grey cost means we are buying at 36.6 PE on FY'19 and 28.20 PE on FY'20.

5) ATUL and Aarti are trading at PE of 24 and 32 respectively based on 9 months results.

6) the working capital cycle is really long - almost 9 months. Because of which cash flow generation is negative.

yes ....that is why I am surprised by gmp....what is cooking for them in this small SIZE IPO

yes , IPO is costly from pe multiple point of view.

Don't consider only subscription figure of retailers... This is small size ipo and major portion is reserved for retailers. . most of the retailers apply only for listing gain... If Qib and HIN category not highly subscribed then lower circuit may be hit on listing day... So don't be greedy. . apply only after 2 pm if Qib and HIN is highly subscribed ..

True. Qibs and HNIs subscriptions are most important if you want listing gains. ????

i m not applying in this ipo ... coz big gap between closing and listing days.. around 12 days..
if any negative thing happens between 12 days gmp and listing gain ll be highly affected ..
one more thing this stock ll be listed in T category ..means trading ll stop for entire day if stock price hit 5% up or down for first 10 trading days
Those r ready to take risk can apply for listing gain.. expected listing gain is around Rs. 2200 per lot

Bad news effect for 1-2 days only. So it is the same case if difference is 5 days or 12 days. I think that should not be the reason to avoid it.

amount of listing gain is not very high.. chances of allotment in retail category is also very less... i m not interested in blocking money where risk reward ratio is poor and hv many other opportunities. .. u can apply if u want....????

Getting allottment itself is very difficult. 1 in 12 may get allottment.

Whatever may be market condition at the time of listing, the chances of listing gain are very high.

We rspect your decision. However the chances of negative listing are very low.

Which gives 2300 Rs Profit on Alloted.

Even if it is subrcribed 20 times in retail, then also it is worth applying...try ur luck....Secondry market has tendency to ruine ur capital....this is Tension Free....gmp of 35 will shoot to 85 plus by evening....just go with flow....

Undoubtedly @ 215, IPO of Neogen chemicals is aggressively priced.
But,
We have to keep some of the following positives regarding NCL in mind......

1. NCL'S revenue is growing @ 23% CAGR & PAT is growing @ 43% CAGR since last three years.

2. Chemical market is expected to grow @ more than 5% for at least next five years.

3. Company is reducing debt by repaying about 20 crore from IPO money which brings it's D/E to acceptable level.

Last but not least...

4. S P Tulsian has given avoid rating to this IPO.

So,
I m fully confident of about 10-15% listing day gain.

True. But when u got something on hand, worth taking that risk of getting listing gain.

Anyhow allotment is by lottery. There are very less chances of getting if you apply.
