I understand that Nazara Technologies and Sarvoday Small finance will have a locking in period of one year for selling the allotment. It means we cannot get listing gains even if we get the allotment. It also means money will remain blocked for a period of 1 year. What should we do ? Should we apply or not?
@Pramod Athavale That post was self marketing of his own business. Some people sell unlisted shares of the company. They buy/sell shares via demat to demat transfer. If youu are buying such shares then you can sell them after one year if that company go for IPO. If not then you can not sell on BSE/NSE. You will have to find buyer your self and transfer to his/her demat.

JethaLal Ji, I will sell MTAR on listing day for an equivalent to my Capital amount and hold the profit in the form of shares for future. If I will get any price above 1350 on listing day ( I doubt ) I will sell maximum of my shares & will keep a few for future. Waise v Rainy IPO season mai Capital amount bahut hi kaam aane wale Hain. Thanks.
From 12 to 19 March 2021 6 IPOs are in primary market, GMP will have more value than the fundamental of the companies. Now anchor books, QIB and HNI subscription will play it''s part.
