SBI will not unblock the amount, because all who has applied through sbi asba will be allotted shares.

This is true 4 appl. 4 different bank but alloted only 1 in sbi appl.

I applied through SBI ASBA but no allotment. SO not necessary that all SBI ASBA applicants will get allocation.
