Grey market premium of power mech was 95 ..but listing on -50 discount....haha....lols

Book value of the company only increased bcoz of interesting book entry which is Consolidated Reserves got a boost due to amalgamation of NTL which boosted Capital Reserves Rs 22.95 cr and Share Premium Rs 215.55 cr.

Two decades ago they raised Rs 6 cr from public promising a lot, but could not deliver. That does not deter them from raising public money again and this time they want to mop up Rs 600 cr! In a disclosure-driven era, the least SEBI could have done is, insisting full disclosure on the failure of the promoters� past public ventures. What�s the point in providing a 601-page offer document which does not reveal the promoters� past record of raising public money? When Babu was questioned abt his company his answering was very very vague. Looks like bad edit from debtors will be a big issue for power mech which will substantially effects it balance sheet if you guys have got allotment better sell

Brokers rigging the issue

Wait till 1400h tomorrow. See hni and nii subscription. If oversubscribed heavily then apply. Or if undersubscribed then be rest assured when it lists it will fall 10-20% from its issue price within a week. Buy then if anyone would be still interested in this stock.

good advice just another suggestion if power mech listing is flop which is tomorrow then do not apply even if HNI and QIB is oversubscribed.
