My view: I don't see a strong demand. Just 3lac shares pending on 1st day is very less as compared to other IPOs had 10 lac pending. Better to sell sooner. May be on Monday.

I sold 1 lot book loss 15k because I can't see huge upside this Fmcg company so book @10:40 loss even subscribed was 32 time but list disappointed I think stay away and save money and invest other ipo is the only best way...

@kappo: your broker or someone purchased at 30k premium from you and now they are saying 27/28 , i mean on what basis they providing such huge sbt and doing their big losses?
anyways i was aware it may turn as discount listing even after gmp etc and same thing i warned/replied to kanwarjeet in other post so it was known risky bet....
@dinesh and others : i will book loss mainly on monday itself after monday UC, 10k loss is fine to book instead of more risk later....

@lokes.. actually application sold by @kappo were bought by promoters of the company via brokers to boost the marker sentiment and subscription figures .. such games usually happens in sme ipo. Rumours about grey market premium itself is a big plus point for the issue.. even when you are not able to deal in grey. It's kind of trap.

Promoters wouldn't mind paying 50lakh to 1 cr in purchasing grey market application when on the other side they are receiving 10cr from Issue.

Then what is your strategy in case.
Do you think Promoters may also lead to increase the share price and thereby increasing market value of the company.
Any think can possibly. I think we should wait few more days to understand the plan of Promoters.

@ Dinesh... Only promoters knw whats will b there next move... We are in situation where we can only make assumptions or pray. Let's wait for 2 days to analysis the situation.. damage has already been done.
I also knew that kappo broker had asked him to sell all the lots in preopen... Don't care about the loss .. we will paid u in cash the money u lost in that deal. It's all preset system to sail through the ipo.... Specially a bogus one.

Don't have any Naturo share but I do feel if someone can't give the full picture they should have not given even half painted picture.... Well some have their loss covered and some won't be able to make up the loss.....

I did not apply in this Naturo IPO, I am also in the same opinion like you from the very beginning. I gave my opinion on this company after published on chittorgarh. Please go through if you have time;

I personally know the case of its peer company Valencia Nutrition, from its inception (how it evolved, from where they operated, even who invested during pre-IPO and who and when they exited everything), hence I just correlated and advised others to be cautious in the above link.

There r more seller on LC than the whole buyers combined.....
Kck also opened at 20 perecent red.... Though it had better numbers to show

Also usaseed came down white a bit yesterday from 216 to 168, do u plan to hold it or did u sell some of ur lots?

holding both. USA Seeds good share, will hold.
Naturo LC until today was not expected, will hold for some time. (hoping that lower circuit to break tomorrow.)

@MRavi sir: tomorrow or on friday, circuit may open in naturo, mainly it depends on when desperate retailers will remove their sell orders at LC price and some operator will come to accumulate at lower price.....
wish you all the best for this share....i acted at right time to sell and book loss at max price...hope you also will get that price in future....

With such high sell order i dont think any i formed retailer would have got it in pre-open....
Though i have a feel operator will jump in on this today

in pre-open, you need to buy at 57 (maximum price) to execute the equilibrium price. I placed 40,000 shares buy order at 57.
