Valuation Analysis Apparently the IPO price band is on higher side, say at 200 PE ratio but another aspect is that topline of the company is growing at very very high rate and half of its hospitals are still below maturity period of 5 years. Once that period is crossed, these hospitals also earn strong returns and will change Net profit and Earnings per share. More of in poor country like India, affordable healthcare will always be welcome feature and will be the longest surviving company. and for that reason, more valuation can be given to this share.
one more aspect that through this IPO , you will be doing investment as well as philanthropic work.
Donot forget this noble aspect. and … also understand that Stockmarkets always value such philanthropic aspects, what matter the IPO pricing is.

currently the average traded price on NSE is 313.80 ... The counter is showing lot of strenght ... the stock will not trade below ATP for the rest of today ... so 305-307 is unlikely to be seen today

Those who want to buy Narayana Hrudayalaya for 1 month target price of 390 they can buy at 305-307.

actually they are very smart...they did same thing in Interglobe Aviation.

supply zone is at 320-325
one can take buy position now at 305-307 level.

So, as I said NH will be trading at a 350+ (anywhere between 375-390) in 1 month of time.

As per latest information,
Since Narayana Hrudayalaya is carrying business at reasonable price, and aslite model.
Some, IMpact investor''''s institutional (like SANKALP, INTELLECAP) and other socially impact driven FII / PE Firm / will give support to this company.
and hence, price of Narayana Hrudayalaya Ltd. will be in demand from the day of listing and we would probably want be able to see price going down from listing price.
Now, Listing will be at a premium that is already done story whether 35-39-42-50 it is just 5 % depending upon demand and supply.
However Supply would be huge as people are not having confidence in the script and hence FII / PE investor will accumulate large chunk of shares on listing day and a day or two.
Real price discovery will take place only after 8th Jan-2015.
So, expecting NH will be trading at a 350+ (anywhere between 375-390) in 1 month of time.
