Yesterday NH made official statements for stock investors for listing -
"we are opening New hospitals but you have to be patient."
It seems equity market took it seriously today. 😊😊😊

Yesterday NH made official statements for stock investors for listing - "we are opening New hospitals but you have to be patient." It seems equity market took it seriously today. 😊😊😊
i am involved in another big group of hospitals with majority of it is revenue coming from aboard based hospital which is also planing an IPO l was a very very early investor... I know for sure the gestation period is long given up front capital expenditure with more competition this period will extend further however lately last 5 years we have seen insurance company has a positive effect on revenue but the cost has increased.
NH even with best case will give a EPS of 5 in 2017 which is 30% expensive compare to peers....
Now with IPO rewarding handsomely many RII will attracted to high price IPO which is recipe for bubble
I think it will take some time since presently the structure is initial promoters and still pre listing procedure has not done what last communication from the board is that PE fund will invest close to 500 million dollars will bring the valuation close to 3,5 billion from there they will file for IPo with SEBI..... it has been a long wait and i hope this investment return will be bigger then my ZEE investment which was triple digit bagger hope this is 4 digit bagger
Immense thanks to @ Chinmay Pattanayak for this link.
Please can you throw some light on Numbers to look at especially to time Selling Stocks received via IPO. Lets assume the sell is higher than the Buy which would obviously trigger me to sell my holdings, what difference are we looking for at for such a trigger to happen any ball park figure would do. Lets say the sell is a few 100''''s above the buy is it a good time for a short term buyer looking for listing gains to expect.
Also another link based on VWAP ....what difference between current market price and VWAP are we looking at. I noticed yesterday Current price was always higher than VWAP and today its the other way round, does this call for a sell today?
Please throw some light on how to handle this from a short term buyers perspective looking for listing gains.
Many thanks in advance.....!
Others with knowledge on the subject could also help
If current price falls below VWAP, then it''s an indication that total amount in demand is less than supply. Instead of looking at graph, you can also check the number beside the link which provides total in demand vs total in queue for sell. In fact listing gain should not be targeted on 1st day of listing. It would lead to loss of potential amount which could have easily gained. One should not panic on 1st day. Keep watch on graph. If all do so, then supply would obviously reduce and lead to much higher benefit.
Thanks Chinmay I completely agree with what you say, infact NH reached its peak today. Also your very right the VWAP is now below the Current market price, a difference of 10 rs and the selling is going on in full force.
It all depends on market sentiment, if it turns bad, all these calculations will go for a toss. Also, huge buy & sell orders can disappear any moment, could have been placed intentionally to mislead, or may be only 10% of total orders are shown using DQ option (disclosed quantity). The point is, if you get a reasonable profit, without being greedy should book profit and wait for next opportunity.

12 IPOs likely in the next 12 weeks (all SEBI clearances received):
1. VLCC Health Care DRHP filed on 24-Sep-15 2. Larsen & Toubro Infotech DRHP filed on 29-Sep-15 3. Parag Milk Foods DRHP filed on 01-Oct-15 4. Sandhar Technologies DRHP filed on 01-Oct-15 5. Quick Heal Technologies DRHP filed on 01-Oct-15 6. Matrimony.com DRHP filed on 20-Aug-15 7. Teamlease Services DRHP filed on 15-Sep-15 8. SSIPL Retail DRHP filed on 23-Oct-15 9. Bharat Wire Ropes DRHP filed on 23-Jul-15 10. Paranjape Schemes (Construction) DRHP filed on 10-Jul-15 11. Healthcare Global Enterprises DRHP filed on 29-Jul-15 12. Infibeam Incorporation DRHP filed on 01-Jul-15
1. Of these, which IPOs are good for listing gains and short term?
2. You told to read DRHP top to bottom. We can read, but may I know what to understand brief from that. What I know about share market is only price movements, some news here and there, oil price etc. With this knowledge, what can I understand from DRHP. Can you pls help understandng this?
Impossible to take a call unless pricing is known...but L&T Infotech, Quick Heal, Teamlease and Healthcare Global are fundamentally strong, growth oriented, strong cash flow based businesses which have grown well historically!
companies which i like 1.L&T ( IT ) 2.Parag Milk ( growth sector) 3. Sandhar Technologies ( if this rightly priced it will a bumper IPO) 4. Teamlease Service ( I like this sector with growth employment and HR will see double digit growth) 5. SSIPL Retail ( shoes and big brand)
rest i will avoid given the industry not that bullish
Good picks...and yes after having tasted blood and looked at Prabhat closely I am really not a fan of Parag at all...I believe there is a lot more to come from Prabhat! )...But to each his own..I am sure some will prefer the more B2C play of Parag over the margins of Prabhat!
SSIPL also I have my doubts given his business model and financial performance thus far!
Sandhar should be great if its priced well..I agree!
Septa...I am surprised that you left out Quick Heal and Healthcare Global!

Quick heal top line is only 250 cr no idea on its bottom line and looking at vaulation of 2000 cr looks very very steeped HCG Bcoz it is loss making company
QuickHeal with 130 cr+ cash on B/S...20%+ PAT margin and 15%+ yoy would be about 35x FY16 PE which I don''t think is bad...
Healthcare Global...given your experience with Aster DM you would probably appreciate the fact that it has margins comparable to Apollo even though its size is about 1/6th...and oncology at the scale at which he has created is impossible to replicate! EBITDA CAGR is sharp and with Apollo / Fortis / NH trading well...this should trade well too!
Guys congratulations on bumper listing. Those who minted profits deserve it. I m happy for u guys. I had not applied and I do not have regrets. However, word of advise as told earlier. Stock is very very expensive. Exit now. Don''t lose what u have got. The stock is in a bubble which can burst at any time. People may not agree. Best of luck.
Star ipo do not cross ur limits. No one is anyone''s chela or guru here. Just becaone IPO has been called correctly doesn''t give ur nuts the auth to call anyone anything. What kindof background do u come ffrom? Don''t gloat too much. U will fall hard if u do. Share market is not done by sentiments. And I m proud that I took a call at least like a man and not applied as I felt I was doing the wright thing. On my own analysis that is. What was uranalysis? U have done nothing my dear. Just said apply. On what basis? Nothing my dear nothing from ur side. So don''t spk like a stupid just becawe got it wrong. And I m happy I have been proved wrong for all investors.
And my message to modulators of this forum. If someone has posed a stupid question and is putting statements humiliating someone then u r requested to ban such guys or out looking at the situation that has been created by some boarder. Its better u let this forum to be open than to to control it.
May I ask the modulators on what basis they are deleting comments? N why r they doing it? Please ban idiots and their stupidity of humiliating or demeaning others than to delete someone''s reply to a stupid comment.
Have my comments ever demeaned anyone that u r deleting my comments time and again? If my comments are found to be offensive then what do u say about the utterly childish and outragious comments of people like staripo or chem cho.? U r requested to apply ur wisdom against such people instead of applying ur wisdom against comments by people like us who have never demeaned anyone and have thewright to defend against such outrageous comments befitting the stupidity of the comment.
Modulator it will not be anyone''s loss but this forum if people like self, m Gupta, septa and others are forced to stop putting across our views on any IPOs just becaof u allowing childish people to keep on putting outragious comments and deleting our comments if we reply. A few times its OK but time and again star IPO has crossed his limits against respected boarders and what have u done to it?
Eagleye I didnt applied in NH but i tracked your each and every message very closely. It seems that you are very near to grey market activities becaof your updates lots of retailers made money in NH. Your nature with helping attitude is too good. Plz do share your all information on chittorgarh. Thanks & Regards NKD

All I did is read the DRHP & RHP cover to cover ... in there you will get all the information you will possibly want ... It is a public document (easily available online) ... but unfortunately no one bothers to read it ... you don''t need to be an insider to know about any Company.

Very true ... I never read drhp docs for any comp till now ...
One of the most questionable aspects of the DRHP is its genuineness. While it is drafted by a team of legal counsels who are hired (independently) by the merchant bankers/ underwriters entrusted with the job of selling the securities being offered, they are all (i.e. the legal counsels and the merchant bankers) remunerated by the company. So are the auditors who compute and give opinion on the financial statements. Naturally there is an omnipresent spectre of bias in making of the DRHP and on the process of due diligence itself. SO THE Question again is this really portrayed that a small time retail investor could understand this DOC and if So what he/she should be looking for.
Thanks in advance!

Allan, At my request please read the DRHP before applying for the next 3 IPOs ... If you face any difficulties, I shall be happy to discuss it with you here ... And before you apply for the 4th IPO if you still think it''s futile exercise, then we will see ... I assure you you will have changed your mind by then ... The DRHP will tell you all about the Company ... Good, bad and ugly !!!
eagle eye hats off for your research and ur positive attitude, when many of them commented not to apply NH you have done a good research and gave really very correct grey market premiums to all of us. Keep doing good work.
I m not saying that nasirji, m.guptaji, septa and many others were wrong. These guys have really done good work in the past, so everybody comment on next IPO which would be coming soon.
As mentioned earlier, the issued opened higher than expectations. Due to last minute subscription by HNI (funding given by large private brokers). The expectations were around Rs 70/80 up from the subscription price, however it closed Rs 90 higher. Tomorrow big spike in shares expected if the global markets are up or steady.
Analists are very good knowledge at IPO price 250/ thay advice over valued. know 340 thay gives buy call is market may kaisi kaisi chaly chali jati hi.

HAVING SOLD AT 318 -320 , 300 SHARES I DONOT SEE ANY SEAM LEFT TO HOLD FOR LONG AT THESE LEVELS IT IS ONLY THAT THAT SOME BIG BROKERS ARE HOLDING THE STOCK , LIKE NH , INDIGO , ALKEM AND DR PATH LABS I MAY HAVE LOST 10 % FOR SELLING THE ABOVE IPO BUT COULD APPLY WELL IN ALL AND GAINS ARE MORE THAT HOLDING ANY ABOVE SCRIP WAITING FOR NEXT IPO OF PARAJ DAIRY
Out of total volume actual delivery based volume is very less. Operators are playing with stock for first day without delivery. I think circuit limit is relaxed on first day.
