Can anyone explain is it flat @15% or according to one''s income tax slab (Also, whr to pay it??)

ST Capital gain is flat 15% on share sales done through exchange and STT has been paid
It is paid as routine taxable income calculated and paid .
For long term share sale after 1 year tax is nil

Guys many people still in confusion about the IPO Narayana Hrudayalaya, let me take this on an , Now since the promoter Devi Shetty aged 62 years has made it to the list of Padma Bhushan awardees and has an outstanding credit history, i just feel that in future every First mover company has to have a competitor which shall drive down its peers operating profit margin and thereby include itself in its battle for "SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST" which i see this company has already achieved to a considerable extent. Remember computers and their costs when they initially came to the market and now we all know the decline in hardware, similarly software too has seen its own cycle. Now the cycle has just begun for Health Care and other pharma associated Labs. I feel the entire story depends upon how you take it but do remember with the increasing "Population in India and competitiveness" the path for this company to grow should be relatively easy.
