Hi all,
This is my first IPO (NH) application, I had applied for it in the first day 17-dec-2015 but got no allotment. could someone explain the reason why.
my application was absa thru icicidirect and my bid was 420@245/420@246/420@247
about rs 103047 was blocked and icicidirect showed the transaction as ''Executed'' but when i checked karvy today it said ''No allotment''... where can i get the exact reason for rejection/no allotment should i ask icicidirect or karvy or NH or the BRLM?
please advice.

I hope.. U put less value... The first chance will get those who put 250... If 250 bid value applications is less than the retailer applications then onlyby get.. I hope for u less chance.. Tat y u not got this

Since rate of NH was decided 250 . All bids below 250 were rejected at the time of allotment .ICICIDirect executed your bods by blocking the amount nodded for by you as you were allowed to bid any amount within the price band

Can anybody solve my following query:
(1)l have SB a/c at sbi, in name of A. & B,
do both A& B have to sign asba space in ipo application, .my SB a/ c has E OR S mode of operation.
(2) I have 4 family demat a/c A,B,C, & D
can I abovementioned asba a/ c to apply in an ipo to issue asba instructions.
Is this valid way for applying in an ipo?

App no 27327267 fr 60 shares successfully bid at bidding centre,my ch 642998 fr 15000 debited.I had not got any allotment/ refund.on contact karvey they told me that yr application rejected by us.how they can rejected application where as my application was successfully bid at bidding centre and there was no rejection batch received by bidding centre.why karvey not inform bidding centre about rejection।.I request this form to raise issue with authorities.Pl help me

pls obtain the TRS no from your bidding broker/center.Take the acknowledgement receipt and ask them to provide you the trs no.

It might be lack of duty from your banker

IN MY CASE I Submit an application to registrar of issue & the reply received from registrar were as follows


"We are unable to locate any details from given information. We request you to verify your records with ASBA banker whether application processed or not."

what is the mode of remittance. if ASBA mode, u r to submit ur application to ur banker, who will updata.

I applied ASBA 2 lot in NH/ full lot in Dr.LAL / full lot in Alkem but all are returned says not allotted any share If any GM can help me to find out i am bad luck or if any other reason? Pls help

Only bad luck...

New allotment system for retail is application based so that every one get at least one lot . since application recieved are very high one lot is allotted by lottery irrespective of quantity applied for .
In future IPO go for One lot application only .

MUMBAI: If the grey market bets are anything to go by, the soon to be listed IPO of Bengaluru-based Narayana Hrudayalaya may not see huge listing gains. Sources in the grey market said premium for Narayana Hrudayalaya was down by 50% on Wednesday.

The source said there were many HNIs who were selling Narayana Hrudayalaya shares in the grey market ahead of the listing to book profits. Narayana Hrudayalaya that raised over Rs 613 crore had an IPO price of Rs 250 a share.

I don''t think listing of NH is on Monday 4th January. Both Nse and Bse website is not showing anything about listing.

Eagleye is right for listing date.

I am trying to talk with grey market brokers in Ahmedabad for premium but becaof Saturday mostly are not working or closed after noon.

Still I am suggesting everyone if you get Rs. 40 premium then sell it. Don''t wait for listing.

Company''s fundamentals, financials and business model are weak. Make profit whatever you get and exit.

Please basic common sense ... If it was going to be listed on Monday ... Then why is there no notification on BSE / NSE ??

If you will recollect I had posted on 30th December ... That listing will be on 6th January

yes there are not much seller... but volumes are high in grey market today........ as per my thinking that ride must b like roller coaster....
