at lower levels you can buy if you have funds to hold other wise apply for new ipos they will pay you any where between 10 to 30 % listing gains provide to keep an eye on developments and the time of ipo

not only bank, but designated branch also matters. We canot ASBA as "CBS" payable at par everywhere in India
