Mr. Jaysukh Barot - 75,

Tracking both the side Muthoot may give discount. Firstly it may give discount to retailers on allotment. If not on allotment then you will definitely get this discount immediately on listing day. I think you have understand.
Because 99% companies who have mentioned discount are always come in discount immediately after listing i.e. Reliance Power, Jaypee Infra, NMDC, NTPC, SCI, SJVN etc. The market is at peak leven and if there is meager correction at the time of listing retailers will definitely get more than 10% discount.

hi,
hello sreedhar, r and ravi banglore and my beloved friends from surat, jaipur and rajkot,
there is talk going on whether to apply or nor because it is quite big issue and operator might not/will not try his hand in this issue,

i know every border from this site will apply for listing gain, but mind u after a long time, some kind of safe issue have come in the horizen, where some kind of rs. 20 to 25/- can be made irrespective of market conditions?

please do apply but on rs. 2 lacs application, u will not get more than 1500/- to 1900/- kinds of return, mark my word, looking at the craze and expected allotment and above all sebi rs. 2 lacs application formula, small retailer will not get more share, all HNI have openened at least 40 to 50 account and start operating from that accounts to get the benefits at the cost of retail applicant, above all SEBI is also playing in the hands of these HNI.

apply for a small gains if u desire...........thanks buddy for your support

I attended the IPO meet of Muthoot Finance Ltd,

they said that their is a change in the outlook among the people towards the gold loan market and it is not only the people at the bottom of the pyramid but above middle class people are also increasing availing these loans instead of Credit card and personal loans, they also said that they have close to 100 tonnes of gold with them as collateral and they charge around 19% interest rates.. I am sure you can find these and other detailed info on their RHP...

besides I also wanted to know about BOB bonds, I could not find anywhere about the BOB coming out with bonds, is it real that the bonds are coming in April or its a market rumors !!

MUTHOOT FINANCE LTD IPO

The company has failed in disclosing 12 litigations against itself and its group companies and 79 litigations initiated by the company. How come so many litigations have been left out? This leaves poor diligence on part of BRLM as also on part of the company. With total of 7,075 litigations pending by and against the company, a lot of efforts, time and cost will be spent on fighting or defending them. Also, it seems that BRLM and company have issued a corrigendum only after one of the litigant against the company, wrote to all Lead Managers associated

ONE SHOULD BE CARE FUL WITH SUCH TYPE OF MANAGEMENT WHEN THEY HAVE FAILED TO ANOUNCE IN THE RED HEARING PROSPECTUS THAT MEANS THEY WILL BE HIDDING SOME THING ELSE ALSO

HOWEVER THERE WILL BE LISTING GAINS ON ALLOTMENT

i will apply muthoot by ASBA and alllotment will be less than 10000 and use the unblocked fund in galaxy. i have 2 options here

1. to sell my 5 applications in gray with 5X3000rs less 1000rs interest for IPO Funding i.e. 10000rs profit but less chances of getting refund before galaxy IPO.

Apply for all small issues without considering fundamentals. If I have any information, I will express my opinion.

If issue price breaks, exit immediately. You make more money than you loose. You need to have conviction especially for bad issues. But, you need no worry. History suggests you make money.

PARAMOUNT PRINTPACKAGING LIMITED - ICRA rating 2

The assigned grading takes into account the long track record of the promoters in the packaging industry; improvement in customer base with addition of established FMCG and pharma companies in recent years and positive demand outlook for the company’s product portfolio on account of favourable demand scenario for the pharmaceutical industry and FMCG sector. The proceeds of the IPO would be utilized for setting up a new plant at Bhilad in Gujarat for manufacturing high value added products, namely high end duplex board cartons, shippers and printed corrugated box. The demand potential for the same is expected to be favourable on account of impetus in the end-user industries, mainly pharmaceuticals, FMCG, auto-ancillaries, tobacco, and food and beverages. The grading is however constrained by PPL’s modest size and scale of operations; weak net profitability levels due to heavy interest burden and depreciation costs; high working capital intensity in the business and the expected decline in return indicators in the near term given the large expansion and the resultant equity dilution. Also, while the demand potential is favourable, the company would face high project implementation risks in setting up the new project, especially given the large size of the expansion in relation to existing operations of the company as well as the limited progress achieved on the same and the dependence on IPO proceeds for financial closure. ICRA notes that going forward, successful commissioning of the project would augment the revenue size and profitability indicators; however, the same would remain dependent on successful implementation of its new project as well as market acceptance of the products.
