On the strength of the QIB subscription, I have applied for 1120 shares. Let us wait and see the result. Now, it appears to be safe bet for the persons who are not willing to take risk.

Retails subscription could be for more than 20 times.

Gold loan companies always keep a margin of safety.

In RHP, it is mentioned that they generally lend between 60% and 90% of the price fixed internally for per gram of gold, which is generally lower than the market price of gold at that time".

Unless the price of gold crashes 10% - 40% (on average more than 25%) within a few weeks, gold loan companies don't have much to worry about. Even if the price of gold crashes, it doesn't mean people will start defaulting on their loan repayments.

The value of the gold jewellery for the borrower is always higher than the market value of gold.

Litigations are against a group company - Muthoot Vehicle & Asset Finance Limited.

Afterall, which lending business has no litigation? Even, SBI has litigations. Of course,for listing gains I don't have any worry about gold price, RBI cap on interest rate etc. In my experience, I have applied for many bad issues & I made more money in bad issues compared to good issues.

QIB should cross 25 times.

Any site , I can see that they are saying BSE site NSE but I canot find
the data in bse website.
