NO. r u do not get any alltment, because of your clint id is same,so legaly application is rejected. One pan card should get one individual clint id. If pan card is difffertnt no. then clint id is also differtnt. So do not get legaly remedi.

i have not received my refund in sbi account, i got my asba released in hdfc account. anybody got it in sbi.

If you have applied through ASBA, you should have got the refund since it is just blocking the amount you applied for and once shares are alloted, it will deduct only that much amount. so there is no point of getting refund.

I applied through Axis Bank in Axis Direct, the amount got debited from Axis Bank yesterday itself but i am unable to see the shares in the Axis Direct Demat account today also.
