Apply via AXIS Direct 65 application not a single allotment from them but also applied from Kodak sec 1 out of 1 alloted

I got mail from Karvy that my 3 MBL IPO applications applied through three different banks have been rejected on technical grounds. I have quoted correct PAN and demat in the applications. What does that mean that applications rejected on technical grounds?

I had applied for 2 lots one in morning and another in evening on 8 March through ASBA of Central Bank of India. Received mail with the same error that application rejected on technical ground. What does it means.

May be that I had applied twice once in morning and once in evening.....

Applying twice in a day for an IPO is not at all a wrong.
There may be some other problem.
Anyway, its the duty of the Registrar of IPO, viz., Karvy to tell the specific reason of IPO Application rejection to the subscriber.
I am not sure whether the subscriber can ask the registrar for the reasons for the rejection of applicatons.

What was the ratio for retail, if anyone can tell.
