dear bala, I TRIED SENDING MAIL TO ANISH but the email id you have given is wrong because no mail is going on that address. can you please check and let us know the correct email id. it has been a month and I hav mailed complaints to intime and Sebi but no one is replying. I dont know what to do.

To all those who didnt receive refund orders until now,

Tell your details clearly regarding your application no.,demat number and your present mailing address in case if had changed your address before in the recent past.

I got my cheque today doing the same way. I hope it works for others too.

I have also not received refund of money. Its a serious issue and i think it needs to be raised properly maybe to sebi and even in newspapers. Register as many complaints with Sebi as you can ... tell ur friends abt it and may be even register multiple complaints. Let them see high nos.

Can we do one thing?
Call SEBI Instead of Intime in a mass calling ie all people start calling SEBI and c what is their response?
For this one need to know SEBI phone numbers.
And many people should call then only it will be appealing.
I feel even SEBI knows what is happening ;but they are also may be a part of this game.
If people feel we should call pls start calling.
If i come to know the ph no i will post or else i request to post it if it is known.
BUT WE SHOULD KEEP CALLING IN MANY NUMBERS THEN ONLY SOMETHING CAN HAPPEN

it is very sad i have still not recived the refund after long time i dont what is the compnay doing now by holding hard earn money of people.

Even I have not recieved the refund. around a month back I had called them. They asked me to wait for few days the cheque k would expire and then you can call us and ask us to reissue the cheque to any address you want. But I would require to write it on Rs.200 Non judicial stamp paper and post it to them But now non of the phone numbers of Intime spectrum are responding and it always shows busy.

I will surely avoid applying for IPO whose registrar is Intime spectrum.

i yestrday sent emails to mundra people, intime bt no response yet frm both. guess both r irresponsible. they care a damn abt general public's money. SEBI shud bann such companies from entering d mkt.

i ma also facing similar issues have not recieved refund of mundra till date ...caalllss mailsss no reponse from intime .

Never apply for an IPO having the registrar as INTIME spectrum , you never know when you will get your refund back !!! I had applied for central bank IPO but even after 4-5 monthes they have not given my refund back . Their phone no.s are not working , their web site is always under construction , if you send fax to them no reply comes from other side , if by mistake sometime they reply your mail , still you will not find the solution of your problem . Don't go on IPO grades , first check the registrar and then check anything else .

I M AFRAID TO APPLY FOR IPO IF REG IS INTIME .
FIRST INTIME WAS NOT SO BAD ........

Hi Friends,
I am also sufferer of Intime refund delay.
No response from them even to single mail .I daily send one mail regarding my refund.
One fine day i have been mailed back saying that my refund has been dispatched .
But i didnot get .After trying trying like anything i could talk to the customer representative and find the tracking details of the post.
To my surprise i found that it has simply posted without any adress.
Simply my name and my city name and Pin Code were written.
With this when i asked my post office they said that bcoz of no adress we have sent it back.
Now mailed again ...No reply...
I could again contact the Customer representative after trying for an hour or so continously.
Now they say :
Oh is it?We didnot recive back yet.We will inform the concerned persons to redespatch once we recive it.
I pleaded them please intimate me once u reposted.
But they say not in our hands.
now i should keep waiting ....
When it will come
God only knows when it will come.
My Amount is 99000.
If anybody have some suggestion to sort out the problem pls tell

My mundra port refund check has lost by ICICI bank.
I am trying to contact ti Intimespectrum for re-issuing the refung ordr but they are neither responding on phone nor on E-mail.What I have to do ??? Please suggest.
