It is sad to note that although the refund of Edelwiess came we are still waiting for MUNDRA REFUND .

It may be noted that we will take legal action if refund is not made with BANK INTREST .

ALSO THERE ARE LAKHS OF INVESTORS WAITING FOR REFUND .SEBI SHOULD BAN INTIME FROM FURTHER ISSUES BEFORE CLEARING THE DUES TO INVESTORS.

I ALSO APPEAL THE MEDIA TO TAKE UP THE ISSUE AS THIS IS A PUBLIC ISSUE

I have applied for 90 shares of Mundra port and got allocated nil
Yet I have not received the refund of 39600.What shall I do ..How can I file a complaint against registry

I think IntimeSpectrum is worst registar. Cameo in better and Karvy is best.. we should trial these intimesepctrum guys... Koi kuch batao kya karoon refund ke liye...

After all the mess created by Intimespectrum fellows in totally mismanaging Mundra Port & SEZ issue and non-crediting allotted shares to the Allottees and refunding balance amounts, it is surprising that they are selected by some other companies as their Registrars for their IPOs? Perhaps Intimespectrum officials and Mundra Port & SEZ officials must be sharing the illgotten booty. Concerned officials of Intimespectrum and Mundra Port & SEZ deserve to be prosecuted for criminal negligence and consequently causing huge loss to innocent applicants of Mundra IPO. Will SEBI initiate necessary criminal action against concerned officials of Intimespectrum as well as Mundra Port and SEZ?

Re: Application of 60 shares 4 Mundra Port paid vide Cheque No 132833 dt 07.11.07 drawn on Dena Bank.
Shares have neither been alloted nor refund made availabvle to us.
The online call center mentioned in application acknowledgement does not render adequate response.
Pls help

for those who haven't got any allotment and refund.

first check your DD status from the bank you got it issued.
If its not yet cleared, then do stop payment.

In my case Intime Spectrum gave me wrong information.
They replied my mail once and informed me that my case is a cheque refund case.
But when i enquired in the bank, my DD was not cleared. I was surprised to know this.
I did stop payment and got my money back yesterday.
Intime Spectrum is a fraud, providing wrong informations and cheating us.

I have received the refund advice stating that the amt has been transferred through EFT but bank code is not correct on the advice and i am still waiting for my refund of Rs 33,000/-.

Following Mutual funds holding this stock, I beleive they have purchased recently.Last week there were no mutual funds holding this stock to the today's size ( see rediff.com, stock quotes, mutual funds holding this stock).
