I have seen lot of mails regarding MPSEZ & major contention in those mails are it is oversubscribed some 16 times in Retail category. There are different views on allotment of shares like those who have applied for minimum 15 bid lots, i.e. 15 X 15 = 225 shares tc would get or would not get firm allotment of 15 shares minimum or it will be decided by a lottery method. I feel that the oversubscription consists of all lots, i.e. minimum bid lot was 15 shares. So I feel that there might be many people who have not applied for 15 lots or so at a time & would have applied for say 1,2,3 lots etc. The total oversubscription of 16 times is for all bid lots. It doesnt specify that 15 bid lots applied are considered only for calculation of total oversubscription. It consists of all the things in retail category from bid lot 1 to 15. If we exclude these small bid applicants, then the situation of allotment would be quite different. Do anybody have a view on this?
it will have good opening. gradually it will grow as time passes. It can be hold for long term. BUt as part of speculation, one can book profit on day of listing and again purchase at lower price. It is sure that price will come down for a time being say for two-three days.
RTGS is a substitute for DEMAND draft and usually use by Industires for making payment over Rs1 lacs. It is not used in IPO. ECS/NEFT is used in IPO which depends on service bank .
Apne haath per maarne band karo. phaltu time waste mat karo.
mr raj and sanjeev do not worry about ECS , it will takes place automatically. As and when RBI will make compulsory all cities will be covered under ECS.
There is no need to take action to get ECS payment. Your DP has all bank details like IFCS code , MICR etc. Don't waste time and concentrate on next ipo.
Ramachandran, Ref your note, could you or anyone else explain how RGTS column needs to be filled out for large refunds. Should the IFSC code refer to the branch where one has demat account or to the one with the current (funding) account? Neither my bank nor my broker could provide a definite answer. Thank you
hi romit, Whenever a issue oversubscribed, its always alloted in terms of availability and demand.Even the person who applied for 15 shares get 15 shares but there chance is 1:30
99000 applicants will get more than 15 definitely. Coz applicants for 15 and 30 shares will not get anything and effective oversubscription will reduced to around 11-12.
