846. Nandini looks partially OK looking to over subscription info, out of 10 application of 99,000/- there should be 8 successful applicant who will be given 15 shares.

In remaining smaller bids, it must go on proportionate baiss as per shares applied by over subscription.

Now, it's matter of few hours only to see. :-)

How can one apply for 35 shares, when the lot size of 15 and multiples of 15. You can either apply 30 or 45 you cannot apply for 35 nandini.

Please explain.

statement that applications below 66000 have been rejected is totally absurd/nonsense because even one who has applied only for one lot i.e. 8 shares also stands a chance to get allotment however minimal that may be.

I am totally disagree with statement #846. There should be guaranteed allotment for 1 lakh application. Also the applications less than 65000 are rejected is also not correct.

So what's the use of applying for IPO's for small investors.. So these companies allot shares for retailers who apply for maximum amount.. then there is no point in applying for IPO's for small amounts..

Can we file a case on Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd for SEBI.. if it does this type of allotment??

Yes 35 Shares - I applied through Sharekhan - My Friend working in Intime SPectrum HO .

8 out of 10 APplicaton which applied for 99000 at cutoof is alloted. Any application les than 65000 is rejected. Allotment status will be avalale in their wesite by 3pm tommorow

madam how can you know that you got 35 SHARES of Mudra i don't think you can get that many shares of 99000 application.
