Mr.Doubleyourmoney let me correct you the land bank that you are talking about is owned by oswal agro mills is 63 acres in chembur,mumbai.The company is a loss making ,delisted on exchanges due to huge losses ,the companies registered office located in 7thfloor , mittal court nariman point just opposite mantralay or near inox multiplex is shut since many years i had just visited the office last week the watchman told the office is shut for many years .I even saw the pending electricity bills of the registered office lying unattended.I am a shareholder of oswal agro mills the company since last two years has been telling the shareholders about relisting of shares in bse nse .It has nothing to do with oswal chemicals & fertilizers.So people please take care in this company
