Many people are saying avoid but subscription figures says something else and it's day 2 only🙄🤔

Maybe because of funds are blocked in EXICOM and PLATINUM. May see a heavy subscription on 4th.

Nice to see lot of debate -whether Sin or not. Individuals understands their own personalities. The company caters to industry related to fish feed , chicken feed. The Government has allocated considerable allocation towards Fishery Department and intend to promote exports. Applying for this IPO (short term gains objective). Some risks persist with promoters.

There are businesses that directly or indirectly may be involved in so-called sin business. For instance, banks may finance such business or insurance might cover their risk etc. Therefore, people who are not investing in this IPO as they feel it is a sin to invest should ideally stay away from the market altogether. Things are never black or white. They are grey.

I generally apply just by looking at GMP, as IPO space is generally crowded. If allotted, I read RHP and other people's opinion. There is not many IPOs at this time and I am not interested in Sugar business (MVK) and Bharat INVIT (should have not been clubed with other equities). I was reading people's opinion about Mukka. Initially I thought it's whey protein and other nutraceutical business. However name is misleading, it fish, chicken and cat feed business.
As a vegetarian, I am avoiding this. I also avoid other sin businesses.
I respect non-vegetarian people's food choice and some are my friends also. It's a free country. However my belief is preventing me from applying here.

Like HMA Agro, many will stay away from this IPO.. It's ok.. It's their choice..

Many will try to guilt people who will say apply full force.. But business is different.. Ideology is different..

One of Company's product is Fish Oil. The same for that matter is used in tablets (supplements) for OMEGA3.

The Company has around 25-30% market share in India in a niche market..

Yes, I am worried about criminal case against the promoter, ED raid, Income Tax Raid and many many pending customs, income tax proceedings even for Subsidiaries.

Also, one more BIG negative is cash flow from operations has been negative in FY 22-23 as well as 1st 9 months of FY 23-24.

But valuation is still cheap I feel. PE at 12-13 is decent..

I earned good in HMA. Hopefully it will be a repeat here.. Most likely I will apply full force..
