Could not find any so-called knowledgeable TV journalists, anchors, profound analysts, self-proclaimed financial experts highlighting the risk factors of the IPO, not even one, except for our own
@newgen consultancy . No management interviews, no promoter names in Newspaper Advertisements.
Instead the focus on key risks for this business are "Govt Regulations pertaining to this sector". From Anand Rathi to so many others, everyone is giving a subscribe rating by influencing probable investors on the "veg and non-veg sentiment" which is baseless as the inherent problem lies elsewhere. And then comes the general tagline "Consult your financial advisor before applying"
What value does Govt regulations hold if the company is indulged in some serious governance issues? Does the history of any company is to be totally ignored per se? Or an individual investor should apply in hopes that the company isn't guilty until fully proven and it will be able to mitigate all the risk factors that involve outright forgery due to its profitability and market presence? The prospectus document is called RHP for a reason, but why isn't the general consensus highlighting the same? Or "just go with the GMP flow" is the new norm? Each one out there looks sold out.
Why this IPO was hurriedly called for? Why was it rejected so many times? No one is interested in asking this or highlighting what happened or might happen at the core. Asking
@Dilip Davda Sir after his review to shed some insight regarding this and how true the aforementioned points actually are with respect to the IPO
