Was it a third party application? From UPI? BHIM or Gpay or anything else?

Complaint to RBI ombudsman or SEBI you will get compansation for that amount

Now a days, funds unblocking in upi gets fails many times. It's responsibility of bank to unhone the funds. But in practical, bank executive says to call registrar and vice versa.
You should lodge a complaint with rbi ombudsman and ask for compensation too.

Last time for vibhor steel my fund was not released, hence i dropped a grievance mail. And my amount was unblocked with the below note
