Subject : IPO allotment credibility check ; Delayed IPO Allotment & keeping funds blocked beyond Timeline

Hi Team ,

This is to bring to your kind attention that I have applied in mukka proteins IPO from my Zerodha App via UPI in the retail category ( IPO Listing date 7 March ) for which allotment date was 5th March subsequently release of funds date is today 6 March in case of No Allotment.

Till now IPO allotments results are not declared by the Registrar : Cameo India ( Cameo corporate service limited ) , The funds are still BLOCKED for everyone - reference check - chhitorhgarh.com under messages section of mukka protein IPO

This issue is faced by many of us small retail investors , Nobody has got any message of funds debit / shares credited / funds unblocked since 5th of March yesterday . As you know This IPO is oversubscribed and its Premium is over 100% . NO SPECIFIC REASON is given by the registrar up till now as to what is going on and why there is so much delay which raises eyebrows on the credibility of such IPO results declared by these registrar companies . We totally believe that something is fishy and some manipulation is going on with the Public Applications held by this registrar to manipulate IPO results in return of monetary value / money from unknown persons or they are doing something wrong under the table which is impacting all investors.

We sincerely request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest so if any manipulation is going on with IPO results is stopped for the benefit of innocent people

This issue is mainly faced by us repeatedly with 2 registrars

don't worry they are waiting for second half if market correct you get refund if market showing weakness or correction you get allotment

Logo ka barosha uth jayega.. agar itna time lagega tho.. Pls sebi koi action lijiye future IPO ke allotement mein..

technically, they are on track. initiation of refund starts on date 06/03, which means they have still time to initiate refund.

sebi cant take action until listing delays.

however, people like us suffer the most due to any delays, whether it trains delay or IPO allotment.

Refund is today that is correct but allotment status should had been updated yesterday. So fail to give us status whether we have got allotment or not.

what the mimum allocation i will get if am lucky to get if applied shni bhni
if i apply for shni above 2 lakh . it is 2 lakh right ?
if i apply for bhni above 10 lakh is it 10 lakh ?

both BHNI and SHNI gets 2 lakh worth shares.

Sebi should ban Cameo as well as mukka protein for three years , of they unable to provide T+3 listing.

Just spoke to the helpline number of Mukka posted below.

They said it would be out by 6 PM today, unfortunately they didn't mention the reason for delay but only apologised for the delay.

I hope this helps all in concentrating on other stuff.

Mukka is not trustworthy, waise bhi GMP dekh ke paisa lagaya tha chahe mukka se koi lena dena nahi hai.
Aur waise bhi khel to cameo ke sath ho gaya... Munh se moongfali tut nahi rahi inse aur mukka ne **** se akhrot todne de diya.

Ye mukka aur camoindia ki mili bhagat hai Khali South walo ko hi allotment dena hai baki sabke paise 1 sall baad refund kerenge...

Is registrar ke mukke Marne padenge tab mukka ka allotment karega 😡

​@Rakcyt I have a non -DDPI complaint account with icici securities. I have to provide a mandate everytime i want to sell shares. If am allocating shares of bajaj for buyback, will they get debited successfully? How will it workout because they debit will only happen at the end of the buyback period and mandate needs to be povided on the day of sale. I am confused.

​@sandyshores  Yes rightly said , you need to apply once when placing Buy Back order . Sooner they will make it open like other account as per my discussion with VP IciciDirect last month.
Make it daily practice to mandate all in the morning so that don't have to repeat for an individual stock every time

Kisne bola aapko k discrepancy mili hai sebi ko kuch Lena Dena nhi h allotment list se aagar kuch Lena Dena hota to aam retailers ko allotment mite Jo k nhi mil rahe sebi bhi mili hui hai paise khane main ye registrar k sath so paise feko tamasha dekho

Need funds to apply to R K Swamy IPO.
It was a reasonable assumption that funds will be available by 10-11am, which generally happens in this new T+3 listing regime.
