These unscrupulous guys with their allotment cameo don't appear to be in a mood to allow investors apply even for J.G. First thing first. The basis of non-allotment was slated to be announced yesterday. What happened to that? What's the reason for the delay? Are they obliged to inform?

Heard from known Sources that still Approval pending from Exchange.
After Receiving Approval only they can Release allotment file to Bank, So Banks can start Debit/unblock.

Approval not received means there is something fishy in the uploaded allotment with exchanges.
Exchange might be trying to debug into this and taking time to approve.

We applied for an IPO with a bank/broker and they processed applications with exchanges, why these unorganized registrars are required to process allotment?

Both exchange (NSE and BSE) needs to approve? From which exchange approval is pending? would like to know the exact process and roles of each intermediary till allotment - From Registrar, LM, Exchanges and Banks till allotment after IPO closure. Is it due to this new registrar missing any mandatory disclosure on allotment in this mainline issue?
