Applied through HDFC Bank. On searching in bse website, it is noted upi confirmation status: pending. Amount not refunded. Share not credited in my Demat Account. What I can do now. Expert comment please. Thanks.

I check allotment with pan number in searching result "NO RECORD FOUND". i found allotment with Application number & DP client ID show not allotment. why pls give me reason? any idea?
