Its likely that new members are new here, to this forum, that is. Otherwise they must have been in the market for many a years and therefore are more knowledgeable than Ranked Members here.
@Manoj Patel ji, If you are getting more than 50-65% gain in IPO shares at the listing time, then sell 70% of your shares at listing time and keep rest for another 10-15% more price appreciation.
Bector Listing Will Be Around 450 to 460 . And after Listing Gain There will Be Profit Booking Which tends To go share down To 400 good to buy at 400 Level
Being a 3 crore total share, the stockholders is expected to benifited as company will distribute the remaining cash (more than 100cr ) and the recipets from selling real state assets. It may take shares upto 50 in medium term and circuit won't be (probably) open till 23-25. This is my view

The real estate encashing won't happen anytime soon...Might take upto a year
If there is probability of getting 3-4 time return in one year, many people will happily do it. That's why icici direct and others bought share worths of 125-130 cr few days ago
@Devenkme ji ICICI bank and associate and other institutions bought large chunks of shares in 960-980 range for dividend play. There is no income tax on dividend to institution, so they are the gainers only. Individual who are not in tax bracket are also the gainers. Hopefully in next 3-6 company will again give Rs 10-25 as dividend.
