Madness with possible lockdown llinois, Maryland and Washington governors weigh more restrictions also New York and California, amethe case in many European countries why people take such risk anyway scam 1992 show dialogue Risk Hai Toh Ishq Hai.... apply with your own money do not borrowed money.....my gut feeling market will correct from 2021. remember financial year in USA and many develop countries is calendar tax year, beginning Jan. 1 and ending Dec. 31... many will rejig their portfolio for tax

Common Factor (other than Buns) between Mrs Bector and BK is, Singaporean investors selling out as OFS. However, in BK, Singapore Govt, MAS (central bank) and other foreign investor invested heavily and in Mrs Bec almost no foreign investor. Goldman is india fund and Goldman Singapore. BK OFS is smaller than Fresh Issue, so the company gets good deal of money. Mrs Bector > OFS is large and company gets only 40 Cr+
This retail portion is much bigger than BK. If all the money that was invested in BK goes into this IPO
NII would be 532x Retail would be 10x Is this going to be Reliance Power moment of the market?
Anchor allotment list include Goldman Sachs India, Nomura and 7 mutual funds.
HDFC Life Insurance Company, Goldman Sachs India, Franklin India Smaller Companies Fund and SBI Debt Hybrid Fund are among the anchor investors. After the big bang listing of Burger King, this is going to another small size IPO for good listing gain. Retail quota is 35% of the total offer of 540 Crores. Expect 30-40 times retail subscription.
Mrs.Bectors Highlights 1. Buns supplier for Burger king and MC Donald's. 2. largest suppliers of biscuits to Canteen Stores Department of Government of India ("CSD") supplying in 33 locations across India and an approved and listed supplier for Indian Railways having a strong presence across Railway Station Canteens 3.They also manufacture ‘Oreo’ biscuits and ‘Chocobakes’ cookies on contract basis for Mondelez India Foods Pvt. Ltd. 4.They have been a preferred and leading supplier of products such as frozen burger buns, panini, garlic breads to PVR Ltd since the last 10 years. 5. Strong presence in North india. English oven is a National Bread brand.
There is also a greater chance to cross buyback price 84 before buyback process start. ( Like NMDC )
Thanks.

After a re- deep- calculation, want to change some part of above mentioned post as follows-
@aniket ji, Can we apply more than entitlement in any buy back? In TCS if I have total 10 shares, can I tender all 10 shares?

JIgar A , It was very easy to suggest you three months earlier but now after a markable relly, it's little bit difficult.
Three/four months earlier, I suggested Tata chemical, Linde, Bandhan, just dial, persistent, Dcb, Navin, Yes bk, jklaxmi, Deepaknitrate..... All these stocks are very good but now up by 30 - 100% during this period. All recommended Buyback candidate like NTPC, WIPRO, TCS, NMDC also rewarding heavily to investors. But now, it's better to wait for some noticeable correction in market. I will definitely suggest time by time.
If anyone regid to enter at present rate, Reliance, Bharti Airtel, Kei, UPL( around 410-420) may be considered. A small portion can also be invested in Engineers India for short term gain of 10% .
Thanks.

Manmohan garg ji, Definitely yes. You can tender more than entitlement but upto total no of shares held on record date. Thanks.
Aniket ji, Thanks for your reply. I have seen your advices are very practical with a lowest degree of risk. Where we can follow you to get regular and timely advices? On twitter or any other medium? Regarding UPL, there are news on corporate governance issues. How do you see them?

Yes, you can buy and place bid for buyback.
But ensure that you do it on or before last date which is 18/12/2020, buy tomorrow so that you get shares on 17/12/2020 and give delivery in broker's early pay-in a/c who is bidding for buyback.

P राम G, A sincere advice... As both Market as well as NTPC has climbed recently so it's better to purchase only 25-30 shares at current rate and tender all. About 20 shares may be accepted. As you have already gained about 25% earlier in NTPC, hence there will not be any chance of loss. Thanks. Good night.
The comment above in Hindi is mine, On December 15, I bought 25 shares of NTPC at the price of 103 and placed it in the tender. Out of which 16 shares were accepted and their money also credited to my account. The remaining 9 shares have been added to my trading account yesterday.
Later on 23 December I bought 11 more shares of NTPC at a price of 9.15.
Now NTPC''s total shares in my holding have gone up to 20 while their average price resistance is showing Rs 69, how did the average price become like this?
Mrs Bectors Food Specialties raised Rs 162 crore from anchor investors on Monday, ahead of the opening of its Rs 541 crore initial opening offer.
The buns and biscuit maker allotted a total of 56,25,415 shares at Rs 288 per share to anchor investors including Nomura, Goldman Sachs India, HDFC Life Insurance Co, Sundaram Mutual Fund, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Co, among others.
Of the total anchor allotment, 29,75,850 shares were allotted to seven mutual funds who had applied through a total of 23 schemes.
Always rely on ASBA only.In UPI so many technical glitches. In the past though I have successfully applied , my application showed no record found and also unblocking is too late.
Always apply through Net Banking ASBA only. Apply before 12 noon on third day for successful application submission, as most of the bank's accept application up to 2 PM on last day.

Dont take chance if applying via UPI. Burger Kind saw nearly 3 lakh application logged in system but their payment not received so not taken into account. If your day 1 UPI fails atleast you have 2 more chances
