Looking expensive to me.

I could not understand the rationale for huge subscriptions in MOS. The company's financials look average to me to be honest. The only good thing is Unistone which recently tasted success with Global Surfaces in Mainline IPO. It has also handled other good IPOS, so can rely upon its due diligence. On the basis of LM, I am going ahead with 1 HNI application of 7 lots. May revise at the cut off time depending upon the applications.

Sub2 buying happened at some Dealers 2 days back. Now stopped.

Sir sab chalu hai sub2 gmp sab.

Post IPO the P/E is 48 based on earning for first six months. Extremely high pricing. Best to skip.

In this uncertainty of SME ipo, And seems like SME run is almost getting over and All sme making new lows.
MOS utilities being big size issue, Very very difficult to list In positive.
i will give it a pass.
In gujarat, All deals are now stopped. subject to and Fixed. Grey people bought some apps only to successfully closing of this ipo.

Please avoid and save your hard earned money.

Did anyone noticed that in RHP of MOS, no Restated Financials details are given with schedules🤣🤣, only summary is mention somewhere😁.

your LM has very smartly removed the restated data in RHP, don't know is this done on the advice of some so called operators or any adverse founding by regulators/exchange. We can't say its an human error as the same was there in DRHP and seems to be purposely removed in RHP.

Anyways, all person have their own opinion and view. Wish all the best for a grand subscription and successful listing and pricing going forwads
