SMEs initial share-sales are catching up the eyes of value investors as Param Capital chairman Mukul Agarwal has picked up 6.87 per cent stake in the pre-IPO placement of Mohini Health & Hygiene Ltd. Prospectus says Mukul Agarwal has 12,54,000 shares, 9.4% in the company. Anyways, good for the company ????

Good for company. But not good for retail investors. Since last 2 months i have not received any allotment in any of the good IPOs. Now it is very difficult to get allotment in good IPOs even on applying through different multiple accounts. I have decided that if do not get allotment in this IPO then hence forth i will stop applying in IPOs

Yes, 6 different applications. I did not get any allotment in Focus, Vasa, Dynamic, ICE Make, Amber, Apollo, Astron etc etc in-spite of applying from 6 different accounts in all these IPOs. Now, Fed up with just block & unblock thing. Rather will research and invest in good stocks from secondary market.
@HUZEFA, Even I didn''t get any shares in ipo that u have mentioned. I got 1 lot In nippon & 2 lot in FSC. In SME my last and only allotment was in cadsys (4/5). I think u will get 1 lot in mohini as it is subscribed only 9 times. And u have applied 6 app.
if I applied at 42rs (do not select cut off).Is it count as priced application? At cut off price only 3 times subscribe in retail. As per my knowledge, allotment will applicable at only cut off price if ipo over subscribe.

Even if you apply at 42(non cut-off option) then also you will eligible for lottery allotment.
