Hi,
I have applied for 60 shares of mindtree IPO but niether got the allotment nor the refund.Mondakarcomputers people are not at all responding to the phone.

remember my earlier message not to sell mind tree below
rs. 900/- see today it touched 915/-.

hold idea for three months to reap good profits

Out of 22 clients only , 10 have received Mindtree refund.
The share is listed , they were not able to buy, their
money is blocked.Hope sebi takes stringent action against
these people.

Flash News: Internal sources say that mindtree is going to burst the bubble today.. it will fall down to 600 by end of the market today.

I have applied for mindtree shares through two applications each 45 shares.As i checked the shres are not alloted for both the applications.So far i received refund amount for only one application.My application form No's are 1469350 & 5940995.Please help me to get my refund amount by checking
over it.

I have still not recieved any refund, inface i have written to the registrar twice and have got no reply. Is there any other person we can contact regarding the IPO refund.

I am sure that no one from Mondkar is going to reply to my queries. It has been more than a week since the stock got listed ... its zooming and I am unable to buy it from the market as well...

Dear Sir.

U people have made a mess of the IPO and there are lakhs of people who have not got the refund till date through ECS out of applications only one ECS has been credited to my bank account on 05-03-2007 and no other refund has been received the phone No of Mondkar is not responding then I had a telephonic talk with the Companay secretary cum compliance Offive Mr. Ravana C.S. and he had taken my application Nos and told me that there is some technical problem in ECS and as such the same was returned and now they have sent me Physical refund vouchers which has been posred on 03-03-3007 but out of the 4 as promised I received two refunds yesterday by speed post and as per India Post web site I have checked the same has been posted on 08-03-2007 so why these responsible persons of the company are misguiding the public at large?

Is there any remedy available through SEBI ?
Is the SEBI is looking blind to all the whims of the registrars to the issue ?
Is the SEBI people involved in the Pricing of the IPO where most of the IPO are listing below issue price and as such retail investors are losing their much beloved and hard earned money ?

Kindly highligt the matter if u feel that this should be sent to proper forum and as such endorse my above comments in the way u can
