GMP means "Grey Market Premium"

This is the amount you get as premium on one share if you sell in grey market.

For any IPO:
Time taken for listing after the closure of issue is 6 working days.

BUT

For any REIT:
Time taken for listing after the closure of issue is 15 working days.

Fate of Applications thru' SBI still not known. Always late in respect of SBI coz in the alphabetical order of Bank names SBI stands in the fag end.

Because REit generally takes longer time than normal IPO.
There is also possibility of 6th Aug. Listing I guess.
