Dear admin you have mentioned 1 lot size is 200 shares and retail can apply min 1 lot and maximum 3 lots?

In this case how will be allotment for this category if issue category subscription is more than allotted shares?

And if application wise category is oversubscribed?

As you have removed maximum lot 3 option.

Now its clear this is NII quota which RETAIL can also apply min 1 lot and maximum as 25% of issue size.

Minimum 200 lot
Maximum 600 lot for retail
There is no specific quota for retail. There is no question of minimum and maximum lot for retail
In front page that coloumn should be deleted.

I had ask similar query but no reply from admin

not recommend this to apply.

Please elaborate on what basis you have such an opinion rather than a blind statement.

1. Institutional investors (QIB)
2. Non Institutional Investors (HNI and Retail)
There is no specific category for retail. Any individual can apply upto issue size (Means 25% of quota excluding strategic investor portion) RHP page No.341

REITs and Invits are new products and untested. So SEBI wants to bar small retail from taking risks without knowing what product they are entering into. REITs and Invits are not just like other stocks and they different sort of investment. Make sure you read about it and understand before making an investment. Even when it starts trading it will trade in lot size of 200 nothing less. To get an Idea about returns do some research on Embassy park REITs

In case of Embassy Office, retail investors couldn't participate as minimum bid amount was 2.4 lacs. It's positive that Mimdspace decided to fix min bid amount to Rs. 55,000. Atleast some retail investors can apply. I'm planning to apply from two accounts depending upon subscription figures on last day.

Because it is an REIT. Embassy Office has also same lot system even in secondary market. Same will follow here also. You shall sell only lot wise after listing.

Work from home culture is flourishing. Major IT firms already adopted . It is good for employee and employer both .

You have no idea really. Many employees themselves are waiting to go back to work. WFH is just a convenience offered to employees once in a while. There are a lot of issues being faced by employees who are working from home in Indian households. Also in projects which requires a lot of co-ordination WFH is pain in the ass (personal experience). Once or twice a week offering WFH would keep employees in a good spirit but no one would want to WFH 365 days. Also companies can't hire someone and not provide them office space. There would be many projects who would cancel that option once everything goes back to normal.

One thing we have to be worried is the recession which was said to be the worst but no one is speaking about that now (don't know if it is the calm before the storm). If US goes in to recession automatically India IT companies would fire employees and give up office space. But judging this REIT based on WFH is not a criteria as it is not a big game changer.

Minimum bid 50,000 for retailer

BidAmount is not less than Rs 50,000 and in multiples of [●] Units thereafter

so we dont know the exact minimum bid amount, it will clear when price band is decided.

Only QIB and HNI category, no as such RII same like Embassy REIT issue.

Minimum Bid amount might be Rs50000 for NII , retailers can put bid under this category so 1 lot price approximate Rs50000+

this company have to set price limit 150 per share. So it will gv good number of share and gv profit per share. Like 100 share @150

Assume you are the owner of this company. You know people are ready to buy your shares at 275, would you be a fool to set the price at 150? Think before you post non sense comments
