@ Admin and IPO Chams - Few questions.

1) Allotment is proportionate ? i.e. Maximum bid from one demat maximum allotment.
2) Current GMP
3) Can be traded on exchanges after listing in lot ? i.e. 200 shared one lot?
4) Wat could be listing gain if Nifty corrected 5% from here ?

No lock in period. Sold in lots of 200 and the liquidity will be very less. Just beware these are not like regular stocks and don't perform like regular stocks.

Embassy Office IPO in March 2019 with a Issue size of Rs.4,750 cr. was subscribed 1.7 times with QIB 2times and NII 3times Retail negligible. On the listing day it has given 4.7% gain on issue price of Rs.300/- which was the lowest. Mindspace is certainly a better one, can give double digit return on listing. Better watch the subscription figures for 27th and 28th.

REIT is not like equity shares. After listing also you need to buy or sell in lots only. Only for high risk investors in our opinion

There is no retail quota in this ipo. HNI portion will be subsribed heavily. We need to wait for 29th morning to get possible Hni subscription. My estimation is one needs to apply minimum 20 lots to get one lot. Applying 1 or 2 lots is of no use...

There is no premium and very few retail investors are applying. This is not a share so no listing gains can be expected. There is also no discount or reservation for retail category.

Wrong logic.. just coz retail has no seperate quota or their low participation and no grey market activity does not mean there wont be any listing gains.

This is like a fixed return instrument. The returns would be very little if any. Its like having a premium for fixed deposits.

@Market first,

In India, investment in REIT is a new concept but it is the most popular scheme in Global market.
In previous REIT i.e Embassy REIT, I had applied, allotted with two lot units and sold at about 8% premium on listing day.

Now, Covid - 19 is a big concern, but it has limited effect on Mindspace till now as it has collected about 98% and 95 % of the contracted rent for the fully lockdown month of April and May respectively.

Doesn't mean situation due to Covid will not adversely affect in future, But
Due to High quality rental portfolio , Bumper response by Anchor Investor and cheaper valuation compare to Embassy REIT, I will apply through my 2 or 3 account (not full force) .
Personally I think, It should list about 300.

This REIT will always trade in lot size of 200 until they decide to modify the lot size.
